![]() ![]() There are some RGB things I can do in iCue that I cannot replicate in Aquasuite, but those things are not worth dealing with Corsair's buggy, bloated, poorly coded software. Their hardware controllers and their Aquasuite software are light years beyond iCue and Corsair's cheapo controllers. My brother has the same thing happening to him as well. If I try and check for an update it just states the same thing, 'loading error'. Upon installing iCue I noticed that in the update tab in settings under the version of iCue (4.33.138) it states 'loading error'. If it is strictly presence of CUE triggers, then we should all be getting flagged continuously. Hello, I just did a clean install of Windows 11. I think I was flagged once 18 months ago, but that was it. I have 4 or 5 games that use Easy-Anti Cheat. Their fan control and hardware monitoring are very basic anyway. 143 Posted JThere has to be something more to this because not all users are affected. I have no reason to install iCue so I don't. SIV works great, uses very little CPU resource, and is rock solid. ago So the same is happebjng to you Does it throw the same error when you manually close it down Not a great fix, more of a workaround, but if closing it manually works fine, I'd suggest maybe scheduling a task that closes it and ends the Corsair services that it depends on at shutdown. I have been using SIV to control Commander Pros, Lighting Node Pros, Lighting Node Cores, and Coolit based Corsair AIO pumps for years. Every time i try to install the latest version of CUE i get this: 'the cabinet file cab1.cab is corrupt and cannot be used.' I have absolutely no clue how to fix this. SIV can directly control most of the Corsair fan and RGB controllers and AIO pumps. I know the authors of SIV and HWINFO are very frustrated with Corsair. What they don't tell their customers is that they were shown the problem and the solution, and refused to implement it anyway. Hence just about all icue profiles you download won’t work, they need to be soecificallly for laptop. Any other Corsair integration is not supported. You can use Corsair service to integrate temp monitoring as well, but that’s the limit. Now they tell their customers that they can't run iCue and any other system monitoring programs concurrently. Only the keyboard lighting is supported for icue. For reasons unknown, they decided to remove the locking mutexes in iCue. I know the author of SIV showed them how to do it and they did implement the mutexes in later versions of Corsair Link. 0:00 / 6:08 BUG FIX Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE LCD Display Liquid CPU Liquid Cooling Kit 360mm JAVIER GL 50.7K subscribers Subscribe 3. You may need to right-click on the installer and choose "Run as administrator" for elevated privileges.īy following these steps, you should be able to address the installation issue and proceed with installing iCUE 5 successfully.I don't understand why Corsair will not implement the locking mutexes to allow iCue to poll system sensors safely while other properly coded system monitoring programs are running. Step 5: After the system restarts, locate the downloaded iCUE 5 installer and run it. Disable iCUE from starting up automatically. Step 3: Open the Task Manager by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting "Task Manager." In the Task Manager window, go to the "Startup" tab.
